What is your return policy?
Salty Sea is happy to return or exchange any item purchased on ShopSaltySea.com as long as it's within 30 days of purchase, and the item is unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact email@example.com for a return slip - please include the original invoice / order # - and someone will respond within 24 hours (M-F). Please contact us with any additional questions or issues.
Where can I find Salty Sea bowties?
We know, we know... Southerners love their bowties. But, Salty Sea is more about the low-key, beach bum mindset. So, we're sticking with t-shirts, hoodies, and anything else that looks good with flip flops.
What's special about the printing?
Salty Sea uses only non-toxic, water-based inks. Water-based printing is more earth and human friendly than traditional plastisol inks, so you can feel a little "greener". Hey, we all do what we can. Even better, the water-based prints turn out super soft and smooth, and last just as long as their chemical counterparts.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?
ShopSaltySea.com accepts PayPal, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
What are your shipping methods?
We ship USPS First Class (2-5 day delivery). Standard shipping is $7 total. Contact us if you need expedited shipping.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order is transmitted. Salty Sea will send a shipping confirmation e-mail once we ship your order. The shipping email will include a tracking number for your package. Feel free to contact us anytime with questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship the following business day pending availability and credit verification. ShopSaltySea.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY/PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
